Common questions

How does the Arabic conversation work — does it understand Gulf dialect?

Yes. We use Arabic-capable LLMs (GPT-4o, Qwen) trained on Gulf Arabic, including UAE and Saudi dialect patterns common in property inquiries. The agent detects whether the client writes in Arabic, English, or mixes both (a common Gulf pattern) and responds in kind. Formal MSA and colloquial Gulf Arabic are both handled correctly.

Can it search our listings and present options to the client?

Yes. The agent connects to your property database (via API, Property Finder, Bayut, or a direct database connection). When a client states their criteria — 2BR in JVC under AED 800K, for example — the agent retrieves matching listings and presents a formatted summary with price, area, and a viewing CTA within the conversation. Photos can be included if your WhatsApp Business API tier supports media.

How does the RERA/DLD document generation work?

Once a lead is qualified and ready to proceed, the agent pulls the collected data (names, passport numbers, property details, agreed price, terms) and populates the appropriate RERA template: MOU, Form A (exclusive listing), or Form B (buyer registration). The generated document is reviewed by the agent before signing — we don't replace the human review step, we eliminate the data entry step.

Does this work for off-plan as well as secondary market?

Yes. Off-plan qualification includes developer project matching, payment plan explanation, and SPA/booking form generation. Secondary market flow includes MOU generation, pre-approval verification prompts, and NOC tracking. Both flows are configured for your specific mix of inventory and developer relationships.

What happens when a lead is ready to transact — how does handoff work?

When the agent determines a lead meets your qualification criteria (configurable: budget confirmed, timeline under X months, financing pre-approved or cash buyer) it sends an immediate WhatsApp notification to the assigned agent with a full summary: lead name, contact, budget, preferred properties, and the full conversation transcript.
