How do you achieve sub-500ms latency?
Streaming STT (Deepgram) starts transcribing before the caller finishes speaking. We generate the LLM response in parallel with streaming audio input, and begin TTS synthesis as the first token arrives. The result is a sub-500ms end-to-end response that feels natural.
Does it really work in Arabic?
Yes. Deepgram supports Arabic (MSA and several dialects), ElevenLabs has Arabic voice models, and we use LLMs fine-tuned or prompted for Arabic response generation. We've deployed bilingual AR/EN agents for Gulf clinic clients.
